Before designing your custom program, we will have a video call to discuss your goals, training history, schedule, equipment, package selection, and answer any questions you may have.
After purchasing this program, I will be sending you a questionnaire to fill out as well as a few other forms that assist me in writing the best program for you. You will receive your program 5-7 days after your questionnaire has been completed.

Send over any comments, questions or videos from your workouts via the app and I will provide feedback or answer questions surrounding your training.. This check in also allows me an opportunity to guide you through the process of progressive overload to make sure you are pushing yourself harder each week.
Weekly coaching calls will help us look at your lifestyle and how training and nutrition fit in for good! We’ll dissect your schedule, habits, thought life, nutrition, form, etc. This is where you really own your strength!
A check in with me at the 5 week mark of your program to discuss your progress, feedback and plans or adjustments for your next month.
Access The Moxie Project platform on the Everfit app via mobile or desktop which will break down all of your moves with video demonstration and allow you to track your progress; bonus workouts, articles, recipes, challenges and more!
Your program is built around you - that includes whatever equipment you have available to you at home or at the gym. For home based workouts here is what I recommend:
-Dumbbells and/or kettlebells
-Resistance bands
(EXTRA CREDIT!)
-Squat Rack
-Bench
-Barbell
-Bumper Plates
Moxie workouts are primarily strength based. We will focus on progressive overload from week to week which may include increasing weight used, repetitions, or sets of an exercise or selecting more challenging exercise. Custom programs may include suggested cardio training if needed. Bonus cardio/ mobility workouts will be available on the app.
Yes! As long as you are honest with me about your other workouts and training we can work around what else you like to do! Keep in mind I may make recommendations to ensure you are getting adequate rest and recovery and not over training.
The Moxie Project wants you to own your strength. That looks a little different for everyone, which is why all our packages are custom. Your job is to get the workouts in and make it a part of your lifestyle. I will guide you through the training, nutrition, habit stacking and battling the obstacles that may come up; but ultimately this is the setting the framework for you to take over and make health and fitness an automatic in your life. This is not a get fit quick fad! This is a process of adopting the discipline of taking care of yourself.
In addition, online training for 1 month can be a fraction of the cost of in person training for the same amount of sessions!
