Before designing your custom program, we will have a phone or video call to discuss your goals, diet history, schedule, and answer any questions you may have.
After purchasing this program, I will be sending you a questionnaire to fill out as well as a few other forms that assist me in calculating your caloric and macronutrient needs. You will be invited to download an app for tracking.

This is not a quick fix, fad approach to changing your diet. This is a calculated education to empower you to make better choices and permanent changes. It won't be easy, but you will get back so much more than what you put in if you are willing to invest you time and your energy in it.
Your plan is specific to your goals; fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Macros are carefully calculated and monitored regularly with your help to ensure you are making progress at a safe and healthy rate.
You have unlimited communication with me during your diet. The more information I have the better I can ensure your program is on track for your goals. Messages will be answered within 24 hours M-F.
Adjustments to your macros and tracking your progress is included and all part of the process!
Yes, but . . . I strongly recommend 12 weeks (3 Month) minimum to give your body the full opportunity for change.
After you have returned all forms and questionnaires, generally within one week. I am unable to start your plan until I have all the information needed. After that the subscription will renew the same date each month independent of the progression of the diet.
While I would love to be able to help everybody, certain things are out of my scope of practice, and therefore cannot accommodate. If any of the following apply, I would be happy to refer you to a Registered Dietician or medical specialist.

-Eating disorder (including history)
If you do not see a specific medical condition listed, email or message me before purchasing a nutrition coaching package.
You will be expected to communicate with me a minimum of twice a week (the more the better!)
I do not tell you specifically what meals to eat, or provide recipes (I am not a meal planning service. My service is to provide you with suggested lists of foods, how much to eat of each macros (and if desired suggest foods for each), and the timing for each of your meals to help you be successful and take ownership of your health and nutrition.
