After purchasing this program, I will be sending you a questionnaire to fill out as well as a few other forms that assist me in writing the best program for you. You will receive your program 5-7 days after your questionnaire has been completed.

You have unlimited communication with me during your diet. The more information I have the better I can ensure your program is on track for your goals. Emails will be answered within 24 hours M-F.

Yes, but . . . I strongly recommend 12 weeks (3 Month) minimum to give your body the full opportunity for change - and the best value!
After you have returned all forms and questionnaires, generally within one week. I am unable to start your plan until I have all the information needed. After that the subscription will renew the same date each month independent of the progression of the diet.
While I would love to be able to help everybody, certain things are out of my scope of practice, and therefore cannot accommodate. If any of the following apply, I would be happy to refer you to a Registered Dietician or medical specialist.

I do not tell you specifically what meals to eat, or provide recipes (I am not a meal planning service. My service is to provide you with suggested lists of foods, how much to eat of each macros (and if desired suggest foods for each), and the timing for each of your meals to help you be successful and take ownership of your health and nutrition.
